Priority Time Blocking:
You asked, we listened! To continue delivering exceptional care while supporting pets with specific timing needs, we’re introducing Priority Time Blocking. This optional $10 add-on reduces our standard two-hour arrival window to a guaranteed one-hour window. Priority Time Blocking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis pending availability.

Priority Time Blocking will be required for:
Any visit involving time-sensitive medication (e.g., insulin)
Morning and evening pet sits for homes with dogs (excluding Almost Overnights)
Puppies that are still working on potty training

Holiday Rates
Our holiday surcharge will now be $15 per visit on all federal holidays. As a reminder, our list of holidays include: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples’ Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.

On Demand Services
To help us manage scheduling and support our team, our on demand services are being updated as follows:
Requests for services within 48 hours: $7
Requests for services within 24 hours: additional $8 ($15 total)
